Before leaving for India, you need to take care of your visa and fill out a declaration on the Air Suvidha Portal. Among other things, you will be required to upload a valid vaccination certificate (Sputnik V is accepted) or a negative PCR test result taken no earlier than 72 hours before departure.
You may take your vaccination report but it must be translated in English from Мой документ office. Must taken permission from university and inform them regarding your departure from Russia. As told above negative PCR test is a must.In Regard of any document lost you must inform your respective embassy in advance before your travel.
